At the Democracy Camp 2025, young people will exchange ideas about democracy, media, inclusion, and Europe.
This time, the Democracy Camp will take place in Austria. About 65 young people from many European countries will come to Vienna and Linz for five days at the beginning of September.

- Martin Wassermair: What Does Press Freedom Have to Do With Me?
Press freedom isn't just a concern for media professionals, it's about your right to access reliable information, express your views and hold power to account. In this engaging workshop, Martin Wassermair explores, how threats to media freedom affect all of us and what we can do to defend it.
- Meeting with Local Initiatives: Anti-Discrimination and Participation
What does active participation look like on the ground? Meet inspiring local organizations working do combat discrimination and strengthen civic engagement. THis interactive session is your chance to connect with grassroots movements making a real difference, and to explore, how you can get involved in shaping a more inclusive and democratic society.
